Immigration is never easy. The decision itself brings both hopes and fears for the future.
From 2009 to 2011, there had been different tasks, form to fill and questions that had to be answered, and in this firm all my questions were answered through patience and real care. I never felt that people who work on my application, are just doing their job, they truly cared.
